That, according as it is written, He that glorieth, let him glory in the Lord.
Note 16 at 1 Cor. 1:31: A person who recognizes his complete inability and learns to lean on Christ's ability will have no reason to misdirect the glory to himself. Anyone swelled up with pride does not understand the truths Paul has presented in verses 26-30.
