Who then is Paul, and who [is] Apollos, but ministers by whom ye believed, even as the Lord gave to every man?
Note 7 at 1 Cor. 3:5: All Christians are ministers (see note 4 at Rom. 12:7, p. 827; see note 9 at Acts 6:4, p. 601). We are all called to share our faith with others (1 Pet. 3:15). However, not all Christians are called to one of the five ministries listed in Ephesians 4:11, where it becomes their vocation to minister the gospel.
