Wherefore let him that thinketh he standeth take heed lest he fall.

Note 10 at 1 Cor. 10:12: Paul was admonishing those who thought they were strong because of their superior knowledge (see note 4 at 1 Cor. 8:1, p. 898) to be careful because even they could be tempted.

No one is beyond temptation. It may not come as easily to some as to others, depending on past experiences or current thinking. But anyone who drops his guard and indulges in lustful practices can be tempted (Jam. 1:14-15).
