Note 27 at 1 Cor. 13:9: The gift of prophecy does not give the individual operating in that gift access to the complete knowledge of God. A person only prophesies in part. As explained in note 18 at 1 Corinthians 12:8, p. 929, we only get a "word" of wisdom and a "word" of knowledge.
