1 Corinthians 16:19
Next Verse

The churches of Asia salute you. Aquila and Priscilla salute you much in the Lord, with the church that is in their house.

Note 6 at 1 Cor. 16:19: The book of Revelation was written to the seven churches of Asia. They were the church at Ephesus, the church at Smyrna, the church at Pergamos, the church at Thyatira, the church at Sardis, the church at Philadelphia, and the church at Laodicea (Rev. 2-3). The book of Acts only gives an account of Paul's ministry at one of these Asian churches, the church at Ephesus. However Paul mentioned the church at Laodicea four times in his letter to the church at Colosse.

Note 7 at 1 Cor. 16:19: Aquila and Priscilla first met Paul in Corinth. They accompanied Paul from Corinth to Ephesus and had a church that met in their house (see note 2 at Acts 18:2, p. 680).
