Cretes and Arabians, we do hear them speak in our tongues the wonderful works of God.

Note 18 at Ac 2:11: Cretes were the inhabitants of the island Crete in the Mediterranean Sea.

Note 19 at Ac 2:11: Arabia denoted the large, desert-like peninsula southeast of Israel.

Note 20 at Ac 2:11: Any time people are speaking in tongues as the Spirit is giving the inspiration (Ac 2:4), they are always speaking the wonderful works of God (1Co 2:7; 14:2, and 16-17).
