For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, [even] as many as the Lord our God shall call.
Note 3 at Acts 2:39: Peter makes it very clear that this outpouring of the Holy Spirit was not just a miracle unique to them at that time but it is for all believers of all ages.
