Acts 3:13
Previous Verse
Acts 3:13
Next Verse

The God of Abraham, and of Isaac, and of Jacob, the God of our fathers, hath glorified his Son Jesus; whom ye delivered up, and denied him in the presence of Pilate, when he was determined to let [him] go.

Note 2 at Ac 3:13: Just as in the case of the outpouring of the Holy Spirit on the Day of Pentecost, this miracle was used by Peter as an opportunity to point people to God (see note 1 at Ac 2:14). As long as people fail to seek God on their own, there will always be a need for miracles.
