Not to all the people, but unto witnesses chosen before of God, [even] to us, who did eat and drink with him after he rose from the dead.
Note 4 at Ac 10:41: There is no record in Scripture of Jesus appearing to any unbelievers after His resurrection (see note 1 at Mr 16:9). He could have made Pilate or Herod bow the knee, but He couldn't or wouldn't make them believe (see note 8 at Lu 16:31). That is not His way (Heb 11:6). Faith has to be voluntary.
