The same heard Paul speak: who stedfastly beholding him, and perceiving that he had faith to be healed,
Note 1 at Ac 14:9: Paul used this man's faith to effect this healing. It is a misconception that only the person administering the healing has to have faith. The person receiving the healing has to have some degree of faith too (see note 2 at Mr 6:5, see note 2 at Lu 7:13, see note 4 at Joh 5:8, and see note 5 at Ac 3:16).
