And after he had spent some time [there], he departed, and went over [all] the country of Galatia and Phrygia in order, strengthening all the disciples.

Note 2 at Acts 18:23: This is the beginning of Paul's third missionary journey. This trip lasted about four years from about 54-58 A.D., with three of those years being spent in ministry in Ephesus (Acts 20:31).
