Note 4 at Acts 19:15: Of course the devils knew Jesus. He had devastated hell (Rev. 1:18) and put all the demonic spirits to public shame (Col. 2:15). They also knew Paul which was quite a testimony as to how powerful Paul was in the Lord. But they didn't know these seven men. We aren't really anybody until we are known and feared in hell.
