Let no man deceive you with vain words: for because of these things cometh the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience.
Note 12 at Eph. 5:6: Notice that God's wrath comes on "the children of disobedience." This is specifying the non-Christians. God's wrath is reserved for His enemies (Nah. 1:2; see note 13 at v. 7).
