For the Father judgeth no man, but hath committed all judgment unto the Son:
Note 7 at Joh 5:22: This also proves the deity of Jesus. God is the judge of all flesh (Ge 18:25; Ps 58:11, 75:7, 96:13; Heb 12:23; Re 18:8, and 20:12). A mere person is not qualified to judge mankind (Joh 8:7; Ro 12:19, and 14:4). God will judge the world through Jesus (Mt 25:32; Ac 10:42, 17:31; Ro 2:16, 14:10; 2Ti 4:1; and 1Pe 4:5; see note 11 at Joh 5:27).
