Do not think that I will accuse you to the Father: there is [one] that accuseth you, [even] Moses, in whom ye trust.
Note 23 at Joh 5:45: Jesus will not have to accuse the unbelievers in the Day of Judgment, because the Word of God will testify against them (De 31:21 and Joh 5:39).
