Then gathered the chief priests and the Pharisees a council, and said, What do we? for this man doeth many miracles.
Note 2 at Joh 11:47: Notice that the Pharisees conceded that these were genuine miracles performed by Jesus, yet they did not believe (compare with note 3 at Mr 8:17).
