Note 44 at Joh 14:30: "The prince of this world" is referring to Satan (see note 4 at Mt 4:9 and note 4 at Lu 4:4). Satan is also called the prince of this world in Joh 12:31 and 16:11.

Note 45 at Joh 14:30: "Hath nothing in me" is a reference to the fact that there was no sin or weakness in Jesus that Satan could take advantage of. Satan had no right to kill Jesus. Jesus gave His life for us (Joh 6:51 and 10:17-18).
