John 15:7
Previous Verse
John 15:7
Next Verse

If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.

Note 51 at Jn. 15:7: This is not a promise that if we meet certain conditions the Lord will grant any request, even if it doesn't line up with His word. When we are abiding in Jesus and His words are abiding in us, our desires change. This is not promising that God will change to accommodate us, but rather a statement that we will change to accommodate God.
