Note 6 at Joh 20:22: This was the same occurrence as recorded in Lu 24:49. In Luke's record of Jesus' statement, it appears that Jesus was just giving the command to receive the Holy Ghost and that the actual coming of the Holy Ghost took place on the Day of Pentecost (Ac 2:1-4).
