John 20:28
Previous Verse
John 20:28
Next Verse

And Thomas answered and said unto him, My Lord and my God. 20:29 Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed [are] they that have not seen, and [yet] have believed.

Note 3 at Jn. 20:28: Thomas confessed Jesus as his Lord and God (see ref. j). If this had not been a true confession, Jesus would not have commended him for believing. Once again we have another witness that Jesus was God manifest in the flesh (1 Tim. 3:16).
