Luke 1:41
Next Verse

And it came to pass, that, when Elisabeth heard the salutation of Mary, the babe leaped in her womb; and Elisabeth was filled with the Holy Ghost:

Note 2 at Lk. 1:41: Since the babe leaped in her womb, it is probable that this is when the prophecy of verse 15 was fulfilled and John the Baptist was filled with the Holy Ghost. Although others are spoken of as being separated unto God from their mother's womb (Jud. 13:5; Gal. 1:15), John is the only one who was filled with the Holy Ghost from birth.
