Note 8 at Lu 10:22: No one can know who the Father is except the Son and he to whom the Son reveals Him. Therefore, any individual or group who claims to have access to the Father without going through Jesus is not telling the truth. They must "honour the Son, even as they honour the Father" (Joh 5:23, see note 8 at that verse). Jesus is the only way unto the Father (Joh 14:6), and whoever "denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father" (1Jo 2:23).
