And he said unto his disciples, Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat; neither for the body, what ye shall put on.
Note 1 at Lk. 12:22: Verses 22-34 are the same teaching that Jesus gave during the sermon on the mount recorded in Matthew 6:25-33, but that does not mean that these two accounts are the same instance. Jesus taught the same messages on more than one occasion (see note 1 at Mt. 5:1, p. 72).
