Previous Verse
Luke 19:5
Next Verse

And when Jesus came to the place, he looked up, and saw him, and said unto him, Zacchaeus, make haste, and come down; for to day I must abide at thy house.

Note 4 at Lk. 19:5: Just as with Nathanael (see note 3 at Jn. 1:48, p. 42), Jesus was operating in a gift of the Spirit called a word of knowledge (see note 6 at Mk. 2:8, p. 90; see note 2 at Lk. 8:46, p. 157) when He called out Zacchaeus' name.
