Matthew 9:21
Next Verse

For she said within herself, If I may but touch his garment, I shall be whole.

Note 2 at Mt. 9:21: Confession of our faith is an important part of our receiving from God (Mt. 10:32; Rom. 10:9-10; see note 4 at Mk. 1:42, p. 86). However, Matthew gives additional detail to Mark's account (Mk. 5:28) showing that this woman's confession was within herself, not audible, and yet her faith made her whole (v. 22).
