Philippians 1:7

Philippians 1:7
Next Verse

Even as it is meet for me to think this of you all, because I have you in my heart; inasmuch as both in my bonds, and in the defence and confirmation of the gospel, ye all are partakers of my grace.

Note 8 at Phil. 1:7: It was right for the apostle Paul to be confident that the good work begun in the Philippian believers would continue because they had become partakers of the same grace which Paul had. Paul knew first hand just how strong the grace of God was and he knew it would sustain the Philippians. It had worked for him and it would work for the Philippians as well.
