All the saints salute you, chiefly they that are of Caesar's household.

Note 2 at Phil. 4:22: They that are of "Caesar household" are probably the Christians who are servants in the palace of the Emperor. Paul said in the first chapter of this letter (Phil. 1:12-13) that his bonds were known to all that were in the palace. There is no doubt that Paul took this opportunity to preach the gospel and this verse makes it clear that some accepted Christ as their Savior.
