Audio commentary on this verse

Note 13 at Rom. 10:13: Paul is quoting from Joel 2:32 (see O.T. scripture cited in v. 13, above). Paul used the word "saved" for the word "delivered" that Joel used. There is no contradiction. Salvation includes deliverance (see note 7 at Acts 2:21, p. 580).
