Become a Foundation Builder
Help Andrew Fulfill 2 Timothy 2:2
“And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.”
|
Who are “Foundation Builders”?
Foundation Builders are people who understand the importance of equipping faithful men and women for the work of the ministry. And they know that equipping them with the message of God’s unconditional love and grace will give them the power to affect other lives. With that understanding, Foundation Builders have committed to helping Andrew build a new facility large enough to accommodate a student body of 3,000.
Many are long-time partners who have been led by God to give above and beyond their current pledges, to help complete this building project. Some are people who have never helped the ministry before. But all are people who love God and want to see lives changed as this message spreads around the world.

Is a bigger facility really necessary?
Andrew Wommack Ministries/Charis Bible College is quickly outgrowing its current facility. In the fall term of 2011/2012, we will have reached maximum capacity. With the use of an adjacent church, we can avoid limiting enrollment for an additional year or perhaps two. Therefore, we must begin implementing expansion plans as soon as possible.
|
|
Where will it be located?
In September of 2009, the ministry purchased 157 acres of pristine mountain property within the city limits of Woodland Park, Colorado. It’s fifteen miles west of Colorado Springs and only thirty minutes from the Colorado Springs Airport.

|
 |
 |
What will it cost?
The property was purchased for $4 million. That included a lodge that has been valued at over $2 million. Step one, Planning– which includes engineering, architecture, and city and county approvals and permits–is funded.
|
Step two, Paving the Way, involves infrastructure. That includes water and sewer lines, electricity, roads, highway access, and more. The cost for step two is $3.6 million, and it is also fully funded. In step three, Building, the construction of two interconnecting buildings is estimated to cost $43 million.
The 200,000-square-foot facility will house a main auditorium with seating for 3,000, CBC administrative offices, additional classrooms, and the Phone Center. The second, smaller building will have a smaller auditorium for the first-year student body, multiple classrooms, offices, and a cafeteria capable of serving the students. Funding will determine whether these two buildings are completed simultaneously or in succession.
When will construction begin and be completed?
Step one, Planning, is nearly complete—praise God! Step two, Paving the Way, will begin when city and county permits have been issued. It is expected to begin with groundbreaking in the spring of 2012. Step three, Building, should take place in the fall of 2012. The entire project can be completed in eighteen to twenty-four months after the groundbreaking. However, the estimated time of completion depends greatly upon the faithful support of partners and friends of the ministry.

How can I help?
Please prayerfully consider becoming a Foundation Builder with Jamie and me. Thirty-five to forty-five million dollars seems like a large amount until you break it down.
Of the nearly 90,000 people on our mailing list, it would only take 15,000 partners giving $88 per month, or 30,000 giving $44 per month, or 60,000 giving $22 per month for thirty-six months (the estimated time to completion) to finish the project on time, debt free.
Just do what God places on your heart to do. Your gifts will help prepare thousands of faithful men and women to reach the world with this nearly-too-good-to-be-true news. God bless you!
Be sure to take a virtual tour of the property at news.awmi.net/v-tour.
God Bless You!
Andrew and Jamie
