For anyone who believes that the Bible is the true Word of God, there can be no argument that the baptism of the Holy Spirit is God's will for every believer. However, there are a lot of Christians who teach that every born-again Christian already has the baptism of the Holy Spirit. Usually, those who hold that view also teach that the miraculous manifestations that accompanied the baptism of the Holy Spirit in the Bible are not for us today.
