In this series of Paul’s letter to the Galatians, Paul pulls no punches and leaves no room for compromise when it comes to the good news of salvation by faith in God’s grace alone. When a person receives salvation, they put total faith in Jesus. Typically after being born again, they get into the mindset that God accepts them not based on a Savior but based on their performance. Paul’s hard-hitting approach in this letter is just the thing to remove that deception. It is just as timely a message today as when Paul wrote it 2,000 years ago.
