07/06/09  —  "I am deployed in Iraq for the second time and have more peace…"

I am in the army as a squad leader and as a corporal. I am deployed in Iraq for the second time and have more peace and more joy than I ever did before the deployment. I have dedicated my life to the Lord and at all costs will do so the rest of my life. I have had more questions than answers about the Word of God for the last seven years. When I saw you on television and went to your website, I was hooked. I knew it was truth, and it is setting (making) me free. May the Lord richly bless you as you have blessed me and my family. I am getting out of the military next year and will apply to your Bible college as soon as I get home. All I do is read the Bible, pray, and listen to your MP3s. I tell the people I work with that I don’t get sick anymore and haven’t been. Everyone else has. They call me “Mr. No Stinkin’ Thinkin’” and poke fun at me because I don’t allow foul language around me. But we have been blessed in more ways than I can say. I love the Lord, and the Lord loves me. I will take advantage of all the blessings He has given, including your school when I get back. I am thankful you take the G.I. Bill.
