07/15/09  —  "I was hospitalized for severe depression…"

Twenty years ago, I was hospitalized for severe depression. Since then, I have been on different and ever-increasing amounts of anti-depressants. Two years ago, I was diagnosed as bi-polar. The right “cocktail” of meds was prescribed at that time.

I moved to Wisconsin to be near one of my sisters. It was slow coming, but she was finally able to lead me to the Word. Last fall, she told me about your ministry. I didn’t have to listen long to know your teachings were Spirit-filled and what my life needed. My sister and I flew to a Gospel Truth Seminar. Before the three days were even over, I started to taper off my meds.

In only one month, by getting rid of my “stinkin’ thinkin’,” I have gone from wondering when this current combo of drugs would let me down, to being completely off all my meds. Spirit in, drugs out. I haven’t felt better in all my fifty-nine years! Praise JESUS! God bless you.
