07/17/08  —  “… how God healed me at one of the Gospel Truth Seminars…”

I want to tell you how God healed me at one of the Gospel Truth Seminars.

When my husband and I had three children, we decided to have another. But when I was nine weeks along, I started bleeding and our baby passed shortly after. I was devastated—the grief was so much heavier and sharper than I expected.

However, we tried to have another one, and everything seemed to be progressing fine. At ten weeks I started bleeding again and my heart dropped. Late the next day our baby passed away. I don't even know how to describe how deeply I hurt after this loss. I felt angry and attacked and unjustly tortured.

My husband learned that Andrew was going to have a Gospel Truth Seminar in San Jose, California, and suggested that we go. I went forward for prayer the first night, and the man told me that I was healed. The next morning the same partner found me after the first session and told me that the Lord told him I should wait one year. I have to say that my heart sank, but, my husband and I decided that we obey the word of the Lord.

When we reached that one-year mark we stepped out in faith, and we became pregnant. God gave me both a joyous pregnancy and delivery! He healed my body, and I'm still seeing all the ways He healed my heart. He gave me a beautiful, healthy, and expressive son, and I am so grateful.
