Are you ready to dive into the gifts of the Spirit and to see people healed, delivered, set free, and walking in that freedom? We are called as co-heirs of the kingdom to set the captives free and proclaim the Good News to those in need of deliverance. Empowered is a conference with a strong emphasis on forgiveness and deliverance. An expansion of the Kingdom Foundations conference, our sessions at Empowered are designed for those seeking to walk into higher realms of the supernatural.

Join us March 29–April 1 at Charis Bible College in Woodland Park, Colorado, for the 2023 Empowered Conference where you’ll hear from speakers Dr. Randy Clark, Dr. Mike Hutchings, and Dr. Rodney Hogue.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

  • Be activated in the gift of words of knowledge.
  • Gain confidence to minister in the power of the Holy Spirit.
  • Learn directly from some of the world’s leading revivalists.

The call has gone forth to all God’s people: heal the sick, minister to the hurting, raise the dead, and advance the kingdom (Matt. 10:8). In His power, we can do this (Phil. 4:13)! We are the people of God, vessels of His presence, echoing the prayer of Jesus: “Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven” (Matt. 6:10).

God is writing a masterpiece. His kingdom is advancing all around the world. The sick are being healed, the dead are being raised, and the blind are receiving their sight.

Make plans to attend the 2023 Empowered Conference, and step into the amazing story God has for you. Register by March 1, 2023 and receive a $25 discount!

Speakers

Dr. Randy Clark

Dr. Randy Clark

An international itinerant minister birthed from a 4-day meeting in Canada, Randy Clark illustrates perfectly the aphorism, “don’t despise small beginnings.” The son of an oil-field worker, Randy, like most from his generation, learned the importance of perseverance. After his miraculous healing from a car accident when he was eighteen, he felt led to go into the ministry. Since that day, November 20, 1970, Randy’s involvement in ministry soared. Shortly after graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Religious Studies 1974, Randy went on to receive his Masters of Divinity from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY in 1977.

Dr. Mike Hutchings

Dr. Mike Hutchings

Mike Hutchings has 35 years of pastoral, church planting and pastoring pastors experience in a variety of church cultures including Baptist, Vineyard, Willow Creek, and Mennonite. In Peoria, Illinois, Mike partnered with the leadership team of a Transforming Revival Pastors’ Group where the city experienced significant transformation through the power of prayer and unity. Mike conducts “Healing PTSD” training seminars throughout the country, training prayer ministers, clergy, chaplains, and counselors to utilize a healing prayer model to bring restoration to those suffering with PTSD.

Dr. Rodney Hogue

Dr. Rodney Hogue

While pastoring churches, Dr. Hogue’s passion was in equipping the saints to bring the rule of Heaven (the Kingdom of God) into the lives of those in his church. As God’s rule flows inside of a person’s life, it then flows organically into their world, transforming it. His desire is to see Christians empowered. His primary emphasis began with the believer’s identity in Christ. Knowing who you are in Jesus is foundational to walk out your destiny. Dr. Hogue is currently working on transcribing his teachings on identity into written form. This book will also have an emphasis on the growing and maturing that is necessary to finish the race and bear the weight of the anointing that God wants the believer to walk in. Gifts are given and anointing is free, but maturity is costly and fruit must be grown. Once their identity is understood, the next step is to remove the constraints that hinder a believer from walking in their destiny. It’s part of the maturation process as one removes what they aren’t and puts on who they really are. This may require some inner healing and deliverance to remove the constraints. While Dr. Hogue leaves the teaching on inner healing to others who are more qualified, he does teach a Liberated Seminar of freedom (5-6 hours) plus a seminar on staying free (about 3 hours). Both of those teachings can be found in his new book, Liberated. While the ministry sessions of breaking things off are not in the book, the prayers are. Currently there are many places online that have posted these teachings. They can be found on YouTube and various church sites. Global Awakening (globalawakening.com) sells the DVD series of the Liberated Seminar on their online bookstore. The Global Awakening Bookstore also sells Dr. Hogue’s popular book on Forgiveness, which is part of that teaching. We are working on getting both seminars up to be streamed online in the near future so you can check back with us or contact us and let us know that you want us to contact you when it does become available. Although his latest book focuses on deliverance, this is not a deliverance ministry but as mentioned, is one that equips saints in all areas related to the Kingdom of God. Since Dr. Hogue is no longer a pastor of a church, his time is now devoted to equipping, teaching, mentoring, and training. His focus is on leaders to multiply what he has spent over 40 years doing. Much of what he does isn’t open to the public. He works with church and business leaders to make a Kingdom impact in their cities and ministries. He teaches online classes at Global Awakening’s Christian Healing Certification Program and Global Awakening Theological Seminary, as well as their School of Supernatural Ministry. Dr. Hogue works closely, and often travels with various ministries including: Global Awakening, Agape Freedom Fighters, Africa on Fire, and Iris Ministries.

Bill Johnson

Bill Johnson

Bill Johnson is the Senior Leader of Bethel Church in Redding, California. He serves a growing number of churches that have partnered for revival. This apostolic network has crossed denominational lines in building relationships that enable church leaders to walk in both purity and power.

Dr. Tom Jones

Dr. Tom Jones

As a small boy, Tom Jones attended a camp meeting service, where his grandfather lifted him high to see the Glory Cloud hovering over the crowds. In that moment, a passion to press into the heart of God and pursue revival was lit. As an adult, this passion was rekindled at John Wimber’s “Signs and Wonders” conference in the mid-1980’s and later by the Brownsville and Toronto Revivals. Tom met Randy Clark in 1999 and this was the beginning of a God-ordained friendship.

William Wood

William Wood

William is an associate evangelist with Global Awakening. He has a gift to stir up faith in the Church to become relentless believers. Expect to find the push you need to step out of the wilderness and into a more empowered, Godward life.

Brian Starley

Brian Starley

Brian’s deepest conviction is to make room for the presence of God, and to honor what He’s doing above all else. He desires to train others to abide in the place of deep intimacy with the Holy Spirit, and to equip the church for the operation of signs and wonders, in order that we may declare the fullness of the gospel with word and power. He began ministering at 15 years of age, following a supernatural encounter with Jesus which marked his life.
