Good morning. I wanted to share my praise report since I requested prayer a few months ago from your ministry. I’d requested prayer b/c I was trying to get a loan modification for my mortgage but my soon-to-be ex-husband would not sign a quit claim deed in order to accomplish this. Long story short, a few days before the sale date of my home (the lender decided to foreclose b/c they could not proceed with the modification and the mortgage was behind), he contacted me saying he had a change of heart. I had to file bankruptcy to stop the foreclosure but I was happy that, just as God had told me, my ex did sign the papers I needed. Fast forward to the present, about 2-3 weeks ago, I received my modification from the mortgage company. They have lowered the payments to fit my income and as part of the modification have forgiven $57,000 of the loan. Can we say SUPERNATURAL DEBT CANCELLATION???!!!!! I’d ask God for supernatural debt cancellation in November 2014. I had no idea that He would move on my behalf in this manner. I am grateful to God for His faithfulness and for your ministry.
