Joy Dorm Construction is Progressing Nicely, both Inside and Out

Hello Partners! We are excited to share the latest news on our dorm construction. We always want you to be updated on how your generous giving is helping students answer the call of God on their lives. Andrew Wommack is joined in our newest video by Mike Pickett, Vice President of Charis Bible College, and John Reich, Construction General Manager. It is remarkable to see the construction progress at Joy Dorm as work continues both inside and out. John reports that 99% of the framing for the dorm is complete. But that’s not all.

Andrew shares that although the Joy Dorm will not be ready for students this school year, he believes that it will be ready for the students coming in August 2027. The team also provides information about the future Student Activities Center. The Charis Bible College campus is coming together!

Mike shares that with our men’s and women’s dorms, Faith and Grace, we are seeing our students’ lives transform even more quickly as they walk out their faith together. He adds that it is a blessing how the dorms are used year-round, allowing staff to stay in them during summer conferences. This has been a tremendous benefit for our AVL, security, and facilities staff.
