Executive Management Staff
For more than four-and-a-half decades, Andrew has taught God’s Word with clarity and simplicity, emphasizing the unconditional love and grace of God. His vision is to spread the Gospel as far and deep as possible through his daily Gospel Truth television and radio programs, broadcast nationally and internationally. Andrew founded Charis Bible College in 1994 and has established more than seventy Charis locations in major American cities and around the world. Jamie Wommack – Co-Founder
Jamie Wommack has been an integral part of Andrew Wommack Ministries since its inception in 1978. She was the general manager for many years until the ministry grew so large that they required outside assistance. She has led praise and worship and provided special music at Andrew Wommack Ministries’ Gospel Truth Seminars. Jamie continues to be involved with the ministry’s operations, travels to meetings, and ministers in music at AWM and Charis Bible College events. Her unique gifting touches the hearts of people with anointed and worshipful song directed to the Lord. In December of 2014, Jamie made her stage debut in the Charis production God with Us and has gone on to be a part of Charis’s Christmas performances. Jamie has been married to Andrew for over forty years. They have two sons and a beautiful granddaughter.
Paul Milligan – Chief Executive Officer
Paul Milligan first joined the Andrew Wommack Ministries (AWM) Board of Directors in 2003. He also sits on the Board of Directors of the Ministry Institute founded by Dr. Dean Radtke. With over thirty-four years of experience in the corporate world and twenty-five years spent building his own companies, Paul has accumulated a wealth of wisdom in business and finance. He has founded sixteen corporations. Paul is currently Chairman of the Board of Global Technical Services, Inc. and Solaris Healthcare, Inc.
In January 2004, he began a worldwide teaching ministry to the body of Christ, primarily in the areas of business and personal financial stewardship. Paul has taught in churches, Bible colleges, and organizations all over the U.S. and in many foreign countries.
He is currently the Chief Executive Officer for Andrew Wommack Ministries and the director of the third-year business school at Charis Bible College.

Billy Epperhart – Executive Vice President
Billy Epperhart is a successful business entrepreneur and a nationally known speaker and author. He oversees the strategic direction of his three Colorado-based companies: BillyEpperhart.com, a venue for his financial/entrepreneurial advice; Tricord Global, a nonprofit providing microfinance loans and education; and Wealthbuilders, a ministry which primarily focuses on business training in developing nations. Billy is a graduate of Southwestern A/G University and received his M.B.A. from Colorado State University. Currently, he oversees Tricord Global Inc., teaches at Charis Business School, and travels globally holding Wealthbuilders conferences.
Sharon Rich – Chief Financial Officer
Sharon Rich, as CFO and a member of the Executive Leadership, she considers it a privilege to provide oversight in Accounting, Finance Operations, Cash Flow, Forecasting, Strategic Management, Analysis and collaboration on Internal Controls at Andrew Wommack Ministries, Incorporated. As an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA), with degrees in Accounting, Business Management, and Business Administration she has assumed increasing areas of responsibility in accounting, finance and business management since 1993. As a relevant public speaker since 1996, she passionately presents tools of financial stewardship and practical life application to audiences ranging from educational institutions, to boardrooms, to leadership conferences and ministries. Sharon is also a licensed minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and thereby has experienced the transforming power of God’s Word changing many lives. In ministry, since 1988 she has served along with her husband LaMont and with their children LaMonique and Ryan Rich in various capacities. She is a published author of two books: Unity – The Place of Commanded Blessing and A Gift to The Leader’s Wife – a 1st Place Award Winner in the category of Marriage.
Barry Burns – ARMI Executive Director
Dr. Barry Burns comes to us with a wealth of executive and ministry experience. He received his BS degree from East Tennessee State University, participated in the MS degree program in Business Administration at the University of North Carolina and completed his Masters in Ministry and his Doctor of Ministry degrees at Bethany Theological Seminary.
He was involved in the formation, organization, and development of the International Convention of Faith Ministries (ICFM) and served as their national director for United States operations. He and his wife, Ann, have served as a pastoral team for the last thirty-seven years. Their television program, Reigning In Life, is aired on DirecTV, Dish Network, on the internet on Cross.TV.
Karen Conrad – Director of Marketing
Karen earned a bachelor’s degree in Home Economics with a focus in business and textiles and minored in Business and Administration at Mankato State in Minnesota. After college, she was the branch manager of a bank, but after her husband passed away, she quit her job for a summer to be with her son. He felt called to go to Bible college, so they both left Minnesota for Colorado. With over twenty-five years of leadership experience in the corporate banking world and just over one year of entrepreneurial involvement in real estate and home staging, Karen has a vast knowledge in the areas of business strategic planning. Since June 2014, she has been responsible for Partner and Pastoral Relations at Andrew Wommack Ministries and is also working with Dr. Barry Burns for the Association of Related Ministries International. Karen oversees the AWMI Bookstore and is also working with Dr. Dean Radtke on strategic planning for the ministry’s future.
Larry Bozeman – Director of Special Projects
Larry Bozeman has been with Andrew Wommack Ministries since 2006 and is currently the operations manager, where he has served since 2009. Larry earned B.S. degrees in Accounting and in Business Administration from Northwestern State University in Louisiana and spent thirty-two years as an executive in the healthcare industry. During his healthcare career, he held the positions of Hospital Chief Financial Officer, Regional Financial Director, where he had responsibility for the financial performance for fifteen hospitals, and Hospital Chief Executive Officer. During his career, he served has a director on the board of various entities, including a college, bank, and YMCA. In addition, he also served on advisory committees for mayors and other city government officials. In 2005, Larry retired from his position as Chief Executive Officer of Lea Regional Medical Center in Hobbs, New Mexico, and from the healthcare industry. In 2006, he and his wife Donna moved to Colorado to attend Charis Bible College. He and Donna graduated from CBC in 2008, and both now serve God through Andrew Wommack Ministries. Larry and Donna have been married for over forty-two years and have a long history of hearing the message of the “True Gospel” of God’s love, as they began listening to Andrew in 1986.
Mark Rowe – Director of DEMO
British Born Director of DEMO is Mark Rowe based at the Charis campus in Woodland Park Colorado. Mark was appointed by Andrew in April of 2014 to begin a new department of the ministry called Discipleship Evangelism Missional Outreach – DEMO. Mark’s journey first began at the end of 2013 when he was asked by Andrew to visit Karamoja in Uganda to report on discipleship efforts there, as well as the practical needs of the people. For a period of time Mark also oversaw the International Operations of the ministry, and even today sits on a number of international boards as a director. Married to Lesley for 38 years who is currently Global Translations Manager for the ministry, they have two sons. Together, Mark and Lesley pioneered and pastored a church in the UK for over 13 years; they also oversaw and facilitated an international worship ministry that operated in seven different countries. Both Mark and his wife Lesley have backgrounds in business. Mark from the world of finance, management and insurance, and Lesley from the IT sector, where she primarily taught and trained people. They have owned several businesses and throughout their marriage and ministry have always been involved in mission’s work, with Mark holding a relatively new Master’s Degree in Missional Leadership from the University of Chester in the UK.
Stephen Bransford – Director of Media Productions
Stephen attended Bethany Bible College for three years before graduating from Arizona State University with a B.A. in English. For more than thirty-five years, he combined his biblical and literary backgrounds as a media communicator and fundraiser, serving ministries such as Oral Roberts, Billy Graham, Reinhard Bonnke, James Robison, the Assemblies of God, the Boy Scouts of America, and many others. He is an award-winning author, with novels published by Doubleday, Crossway, and Thomas Nelson. In 1999, he met Andrew Wommack and launched the Gospel Truth daily television broadcast which today reaches a worldwide audience. As a media instructor at Charis Bible College he also launched a Media School, training students to regard media as a full-time ministry calling.
Yeamah Logan – Director of Human Resources
Yeamah is a graduate of Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, with a B.A. in Biology. After working as a research assistant for a year and a half, she obeyed the call of God to go to Bible school. Yeamah moved to Colorado to attend Charis Bible College in 2012 and started serving in Andrew Wommack Ministries’ Communication Services in January 2013. Six months later, she transitioned to working for AWMI’s prison ministry, and in May 2014, Yeamah moved into her current position as the manager of Human Resources. She also works with Paul Milligan and the HR attorney’s office to ensure a healthy and legally-sound working environment.
