Hi, my name is Stanley, and I have struggled with major depression for many years. There was a point when I felt like I was ready to throw in the towel and give up. I cried out to God and asked Him if I could just come home.
I felt like Elijah when he became so discouraged that he asked God to take his life. I was overwhelmed by the heaviness of my thoughts and emotions and felt like I couldn’t go on.
That’s when I called the Andrew Wommack Ministries prayer line and prayed with someone. During that prayer, something changed. I can’t fully explain what happened, but I felt as though something had broken, and the overwhelming heaviness I had been carrying began to lift. I experienced a sense of release from the darkness and weight of those depressive thoughts and emotions.
I don’t have all the words to explain it, but I truly believe God touched me and performed a miracle in that moment. He met me right where I was when I felt like I had nothing left.

Thanks so much for sharing the videos from Duane Sherriff on Passion, Politics and The Pulpit. The videos were so enlightening and I have shared them with family members and co-workers. I believe every minister should be preaching the truth from the pulpit and waking up the church.

There have been so many evil violent acts within a few days at the end of Oct and the beginning of Nov. These evil men all had something besides hate in common. Their writings spewed a cultish love for Trump. The Bible says you shall know a tree by the fruit that it bears. I know you supporters make every kind of excuse for every ungodly thing he says or does, just as a few supporters of the other side does for whomever they support. You are both following lying ungodly men. The Bible warns us not to put our trust in men. I obediently am not strongly behind any party or man. I am strongly behind God. So, when an elected official is wrong or right I say so, whatever party he belongs to. The Bible says times will come when people will call wrong right and right wrong. I’ve seen that on both sides of the political spectrum. I watched the sermons on politics you sent. I agreed with what was from the word of God in context. I teach bible study and I am very clear on how people can pick out verses for their own purposes. But I also listened to the political slants and conspiracy theories thrown in too. I only buy into the word of God which is life and truth. I wish more Christians would examine themselves to see how tainted by this world they have become. I do that check on a regular basis. I am in this world not of this world. You preachers who misuse Gods pulpit to push your political views and demonize and judge anyone who doesn’t think like you, woe be it unto you! God looks at the heart, you don’t. Saul. I’m still praying for Gods people to get it right. I’m also praying for all whom God directed us to pray for, whether I voted for them or not. Obedience to God is my goal. I won’t lose hope no matter who gets elected. My hope is in the Lord. If you must respond to me please do so from the word of God. That is what I listen to.

First of all, the preacher said he and other 20 top ministers laid hands on Ted Cruz because he heard from the Lord. On his way back, God told him Trump is going to win. Reason God is going to use him to expose corruption and because he is a true believer. According to your teaching, you mentioned that the devil is the father of all lies. The current president lies a lot. The preacher also mentioned that Trump is like Jesus who was calling people names like generation of vipers. If Jesus lied like the way the president is lying, I don’t think people will have accepted him as Messiah. Can ministers focus on bringing people to the kingdom of God and let people freely vote for whom they want to?

I just watched these two messages and they are so right on! I so appreciate Pastor Duane teaching on this. I want my son to listen to it. People of God need to be informed on these issues. Too many are being corrupted by the media and more preachers like Duane need to be bold and preach the truth. We are coming to a time when truth will not be able to be preached. Thank you for sharing your heart on politics.
