Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within sixty (60) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and add a note indicating your preference of either a refund or an exchange, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least twenty one (21) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.
EXCEPTIONS
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
Please Note
- All refunds are made in the same format they were received (e.g., cash/check donations will be refunded by check, credit cards are refunded to the EXACT same credit card that was previously charged, etc.).
- We do NOT issue refunds over the phone.
- Once a returned product is received, a refund will be issued, which may take up to 21 days to process.
- If the product is defective or damaged, a customer must call (+17196351111) or email (info@awmi.net) the Ministry, and we will send the customer a replacement.
- Customers do not need to return a defective or damaged product. However, for research purposes, at the sole discretion of the Ministry, we may ask customers to send a defective item back for further research, for which we will pay the shipping costs.
