Executive Management Staff
For more than four-and-a-half decades, Andrew has taught God’s Word with clarity and simplicity, emphasizing the unconditional love and grace of God. His vision is to spread the Gospel as far and deep as possible through his daily Gospel Truth television and radio programs, broadcast nationally and internationally. Andrew founded Charis Bible College in 1994 and has established more than seventy Charis locations in major American cities and around the world. Jamie Wommack – Co-Founder
Jamie Wommack has been an integral part of Andrew Wommack Ministries since its inception in 1978. She was the general manager for many years until the ministry grew so large that they required outside assistance. She has led praise and worship and provided special music at Andrew Wommack Ministries’ Gospel Truth Seminars. Jamie continues to be involved with the ministry’s operations, travels to meetings, and ministers in music at AWM and Charis Bible College events. Her unique gifting touches the hearts of people with anointed and worshipful song directed to the Lord. In December of 2014, Jamie made her stage debut in the Charis production God with Us and has gone on to be a part of Charis’s Christmas performances. Jamie has been married to Andrew for over forty years. They have two sons and a beautiful granddaughter.
Paul Milligan – Chief Executive Officer
Paul Milligan first joined the Andrew Wommack Ministries (AWM) Board of Directors in 2003. He also sits on the Board of Directors of the Ministry Institute founded by Dr. Dean Radtke. With over thirty-four years of experience in the corporate world and twenty-five years spent building his own companies, Paul has accumulated a wealth of wisdom in business and finance. He has founded sixteen corporations. Paul is currently Chairman of the Board of Global Technical Services, Inc. and Solaris Healthcare, Inc.
In January 2004, he began a worldwide teaching ministry to the body of Christ, primarily in the areas of business and personal financial stewardship. Paul has taught in churches, Bible colleges, and organizations all over the U.S. and in many foreign countries.
He is currently the Chief Executive Officer for Andrew Wommack Ministries and the director of the third-year business school at Charis Bible College.

Curtis Phillips – Chief Operating Officer
Curtis is a retired Navy Captain and Naval Aviator. In 2010 he felt God was calling him and his family to take a bold step of faith so after retiring they moved to Colorado Springs. He spent three years on the staff at Charis Bible College, first in the Charis Production Department then as the college Operations Manager. In August 2014, Curtis became the Enterprise Chain Director for Andrew Wommack Ministries and Charis Bible College, and in October 2015, Curtis was named the ministry Chief Operating Officer. He holds a B.S. in Finance from Oklahoma State University and an M.A. in National Security from the Naval War College. Curtis and his wife, Lorie, both graduated from Charis Bible College Colorado in 2012, and he completed the Third Year Ministry Training Program in 2013. Together they have five children, one of whom is a 2013 graduate of Charis, and two grandchildren.
Sharon Rich – Chief Financial Officer
As CFO and a member of the Executive Management Team, Sharon considers it a privilege to serve AWMI and provide oversight over accounting and finance operations, planning, implementing, and managing financial-related activities of Andrew Wommack Ministries International. In addition, she offers broad management, external audit oversight, internal control, and strategic advice. As a current member of the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA), CPA candidate, with degrees in Business Management, Accounting and Business Administration with honors; she has assumed increasing areas of responsibility in accounting and finance since 1993.
In ministry, Sharon along with her husband LaMont has served since 1988, in various capacities, and as a family with their children LaMonique and Ryan Rich. In 1996 Sharon began publicly sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ – teaching in various churches – witnessing the transforming power of God’s word. She is the author of two books Unity – The Place of Commanded Blessing (2001) and A Gift To: The Leader’s Wife (2016).
Gary Luecke – Vice President of AWM International & Charis Bible College
Gary is the Director of Charis Bible College, World Outreach, and AWMI International. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Lamar University and is also a graduate of Charis Bible College. Before coming to Charis. Gary was employed by a large automobile finance company and was climbing the corporate ladder of success. However, the message of God’s unconditional love and grace caused him and his wife, Diane to realize that God had so much more in store for them. Gary began working for Charis after he graduated in 2005, and his desire is to see people discover their God-ordained destiny as they pursue Jesus with all of their hearts. Gary and his wife, Diane, have five children and live in the mountains of Colorado. He enjoys spending quality time with his family, watching and playing football with his sons, and riding his motorcycle.
Barry Burns – ARMI Executive Director
Dr. Barry Burns comes to us with a wealth of executive and ministry experience. He received his BS degree from East Tennessee State University, participated in the MS degree program in Business Administration at the University of North Carolina and completed his Masters in Ministry and his Doctor of Ministry degrees at Bethany Theological Seminary.
He was involved in the formation, organization, and development of the International Convention of Faith Ministries (ICFM) and served as their national director for United States operations. He and his wife, Ann, have served as a pastoral team for the last thirty-seven years. Their television program, Reigning In Life, is aired on DirecTV, Dish Network, on the internet on Cross.TV.
Karen Conrad – Director of Marketing
Karen earned a bachelor’s degree in Home Economics with a focus in business and textiles and minored in Business and Administration at Mankato State in Minnesota. After college, she was the branch manager of a bank, but after her husband passed away, she quit her job for a summer to be with her son. He felt called to go to Bible college, so they both left Minnesota for Colorado. With over twenty-five years of leadership experience in the corporate banking world and just over one year of entrepreneurial involvement in real estate and home staging, Karen has a vast knowledge in the areas of business strategic planning. Since June 2014, she has been responsible for Partner and Pastoral Relations at Andrew Wommack Ministries and is also working with Dr. Barry Burns for the Association of Related Ministries International. Karen oversees the AWMI Bookstore and is also working with Dr. Dean Radtke on strategic planning for the ministry’s future.
Larry Bozeman – Director of Special Projects
Larry Bozeman has been with Andrew Wommack Ministries since 2006 and is currently the operations manager, where he has served since 2009. Larry earned B.S. degrees in Accounting and in Business Administration from Northwestern State University in Louisiana and spent thirty-two years as an executive in the healthcare industry. During his healthcare career, he held the positions of Hospital Chief Financial Officer, Regional Financial Director, where he had responsibility for the financial performance for fifteen hospitals, and Hospital Chief Executive Officer. During his career, he served has a director on the board of various entities, including a college, bank, and YMCA. In addition, he also served on advisory committees for mayors and other city government officials. In 2005, Larry retired from his position as Chief Executive Officer of Lea Regional Medical Center in Hobbs, New Mexico, and from the healthcare industry. In 2006, he and his wife Donna moved to Colorado to attend Charis Bible College. He and Donna graduated from CBC in 2008, and both now serve God through Andrew Wommack Ministries. Larry and Donna have been married for over forty-two years and have a long history of hearing the message of the “True Gospel” of God’s love, as they began listening to Andrew in 1986.
Mark Rowe – Director of International Operations
Mark serves in Andrew Wommack Ministries’ international operations. This includes all international AWMI offices as well as Discipleship Evangelism and missions outreach—micro-enterprise and practical missions work in developing countries. Mark is a former businessman, with many years of experience in the financial services sector as well as in his own businesses. He and Lesley have also pioneered a church and charity in rural England, which they successfully pastored for over thirteen years. They both have a passion for missions and are widely traveled. In addition, Mark has experience with micro-enterprise work through Links International and other organizations and is, therefore, heading up our missions outreach, beginning in the Karamoja region in Uganda. The vision is to see this work eventually expand to all developing countries where people are discipled through the Discipleship Evangelism program. Mark has been married to his wife, Lesley, for thirty-five years, and they have two sons.
Stephen Bransford – Director of Media Productions
Stephen attended Bethany Bible College for three years before graduating from Arizona State University with a B.A. in English. For more than thirty-five years, he combined his biblical and literary backgrounds as a media communicator and fundraiser, serving ministries such as Oral Roberts, Billy Graham, Reinhard Bonnke, James Robison, the Assemblies of God, the Boy Scouts of America, and many others. He is an award-winning author, with novels published by Doubleday, Crossway, and Thomas Nelson. In 1999, he met Andrew Wommack and launched the Gospel Truth daily television broadcast which today reaches a worldwide audience. As a media instructor at Charis Bible College he also launched a Media School, training students to regard media as a full-time ministry calling.
Yeamah Logan – Human Resources Director
Yeamah is a graduate of Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, with a B.A. in Biology. After working as a research assistant for a year and a half, she obeyed the call of God to go to Bible school. Yeamah moved to Colorado to attend Charis Bible College in 2012 and started serving in Andrew Wommack Ministries’ Communication Services in January 2013. Six months later, she transitioned to working for AWMI’s prison ministry, and in May 2014, Yeamah moved into her current position as the manager of Human Resources. She also works with Paul Milligan and the HR attorney’s office to ensure a healthy and legally-sound working environment.
