05/02/09  —  "I shared with a friend that if this is all there is to Christianity, I am done…"

Words cannot express my gratitude for your teachings and faithfulness to our Lord. It was around the beginning of December that I shared with a friend that if this is all there is to Christianity, I am done. Of course, I didn’t really mean I was going to walk away from the Lord. My problem was that I read my Bible and didn’t see evidence of its power in my prayer life, worship, or walk with the Lord.

Then, one morning, I heard you on television. I don’t remember your teaching, but at the end of the program, you talked about all the FREE teaching materials you made available on your website. From that day on, I began to totally saturate my mind with your teaching. I began with A Better Way to Pray and went on to listen to many more of your teachings. In less than six weeks, you have taught me so much. I had been desperate to know the truth and how to pray to get results. I am hearing biblical concepts that I was never taught in my twenty years as a Christian. This week, I am enjoying your teaching Hardness of Heart. This teaching describes exactly how I was feeling when I found your website.

I especially want to thank you for the free materials. I would never have been able to get all this material as quickly as I needed to if I had to pay for them. I can never express to you my gratitude. Your commitment to give free materials has literally saved my “spiritual” life. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I am believing that the Lord will provide a way for me to give back to this ministry for all that it has given me in such a short time.
