In 1998 I had a nervous breakdown as a result of condemnation. Andrew’s free tapes were my lifeboat. Prior to 1998 I was in the ministry full time throughout the 90s. I had left the ministry a couple years earlier, sold my house and everything and took my wife and kids and moved to Texas by the leading of the Holy Spirit. In 1998 I had just graduated from JSMI Bible School in Fort Worth. Then a couple weeks after graduation I sinned online. Somehow I became convinced that God had forsaken me. I was going to hell because I had read something pornographic online. I had access to the best preachers and believers on the planet (Fort Worth is/was a Mecca). Some of those awesome people helped me but long term it had to be the Word. I prayed in tongues night and day hours and hours and let God Those free tapes were my lifeline. I was close to being institutionalized I was so far gone. I didn’t sleep for a very long time. But I ordered those free tapes, 2-3 at a time.
